1. The products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us, unless the return is due to our error.

6. If you are returning a non-defective product, we will refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 30%, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 365 business days of receiving the returned products.
